How to Become a User

BELEX.info service can be used by both individuals and legal entities.

Interested parties can subscribe to BELEX.info on a yearly, monthly or daily basis. Daily or monthly subscriptions could be done via mobile phones. This service is available only for local mobile networks. Those interested in subscribing on a monthly or annual basis can do so by using Web Application Form or by downloading the Application Form in word format.

If you choose to subscribe by using application form, you need to fill out the Web Application Form and click the button Subscription, or you can download the Application Form in word format, fill it out and email it to belex.info@belex.rs or fax it to ++381 11 2138 242. Once the application is received, the Administrator will register the subscriber as a potential user. When payment is received by Belgrade Stock Exchange the user account will be activated and you will receive username and password which will allow you to access the BELEX.info application via PC or mobile phone.

Fees:
The amount of annual or monthly fee is determined depending on whether the subscriber is a professional user, non-professional user or Exchange Member.

Non-Professional User is a natural person who by purchasing the right to use BELEX.info service obtains the licence to use the program and market data received exclusively for personal and private needs, which in particular excludes the right to use the program and market data for the purposes of performing activities in which user acts as
(1) a person who has established or subsequently joined the company, and/or
(2) a company’s proxy or a member of the company’s bodies, and/or
(3) an employee in the company for the provision of investment services, and/or
(4) on behalf of another person or legal entity.

Professional User is any legal entity, as well as any natural person not fulfilling the conditions for the status of a Non-Professional User.
